Gay blood donor ban.

So a Gay man goes to give blood and is asked have you had sex with another man in the last 12 months? he answers no and then gives blood. It turns out he is lying.

A straight man goes into hospital and is told he will need a blood transfusion as part of his treatment, he says fine but I don't want blood from a Gay man. The hospital replies they will not comply with his request and his operation is cancelled.

Which one of these will be told by the establishment they are in the wrong? Just a thought.
