Leeds needs new leadership

So Andrew Carter writes to the YEP to have a go at Ed Balls now that is not what he is paid to do is it? Carter should be ensuring the improvement of Conservative Party in Leeds by taking his shambles of a Conservative Group out of the outer Leeds wards and into inner city Leeds. When the Conservative Party was winning seats accross the country Leeds Conservatives were losing seats. Why? because they are run by a market town bunch of parish quality candidates. Where the Party has Candidates in the inner city it has candidates who are hopeless. Its time someone told Carter his time is up and the central party took charge. Leeds Conservatives are a disgrace and if you want to know why I say this after 32 years of service then you can ask if you will print it in the press. Of course they will try to deny it but I can confirm it is true. CARTER AND WINFIELD MUST GO.
